What happens if my bow comes apart?

Our products are guaranteed 100%.  If your bow comes apart, please email mirranda@zozuco.com with any issues so we can take care of you!

Are your bow clips reversible?

Yup! All Traveler, Voyager, and Explorer bows are made with removable and reversible alligator clips so you can place the bow on either side of your little one’s head.  Simply remove the clip, and re-insert in the opposite direction under the center knot! Leave the rubber gripper in place, as it will not affect the removable clip.

How long will it take to receive my order?

All of the items in our shop are handmade and are processed in the order they were received.  We do our best to have orders processed within 7-10 business days, but please note - if you order during a sale, it may take longer due to the high volume of orders we receive. All orders are shipped via USPS with tracking numbers sent directly to your email when they are ready to ship.  Shipping generally takes 3-5 days; however, all shipping estimates are approximate and may take longer. If you're waiting for your confirmation email and haven't received a tracking number yet, be sure to check your spam folder - more often than not you'll find your shipping confirmation email there with tracking information.

Do orders include insurance?

No, all standard shipping orders do not include insurance. Once an item is shipped and issued a tracking number, ZoZu Co cannot be held liable for lost packages.

My order says ‘Delivered’ but I haven’t received it?

Unfortunately, what you see on your USPS tracking information is exactly what I see. If you have questions about your package in transit, be sure to speak with your local postmaster or call 1-800-ASK-USPS, they have much more information than I do and can help you accordingly.

Do you offer combined shipping?

Yes, but unfortunately we cannot go through every order.  So if you place multiple orders, send us an email to have them combine and shipping refunded.

Can I add another item to my order?

Due to the volume of orders we receive, we cannot add to existing orders. You would need to place an additional order, and email us to combine. Be sure to check out our discounts page to find ways to save.

What is your return policy?

Do you do custom orders?

The personally identifiable information that you provide to us and information about your order may be combined with other personally identifiable information (such as demographic information and past purchase history) available from our records and other sources. We also use Pixel Tags to collect additional information regarding your browsing experience. This information will be used to make our future marketing efforts more efficient and to provide you with a more relevant and timely brand and shopping experience. This information may also be shared with our third party service providers that assist us with our marketing efforts and with other marketers whose products or services we feel may be of interest to you.
